The pic was taken after October 1952. That can be determined by the logs under the track; a necessity to keep the track from freezing to the ground thus immobilizing the vehicle. The tank belongs to the 73d Tk Bn of the 7th ID. As it sets, it is ready to return to the Main Line of Resistance (MLR) or participate in raids beyond the MLR.
