Appointment Scheduling
We see patients by appointment. Our
office hours are 8:00 AM to
12:00 noon
and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
We make every effort to see you in a timely and convenient manner. Most
routine visits can be scheduled within 3-5 working days. Once you
arrive
at our office we work very hard to make sure that you are seen at your
scheduled time. Occasionally unforeseen events occur which alter our
schedule.
If there is going to be a delay, or if your appointment needs to be
rescheduled,
we will try to let you know as soon as possible, so that other
arrangements
can be made. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask
that you give 24 hours notice so that we may schedule another patient
for
that time.
Telephone Calls
Most calls from patients regarding dental
care can be answered by
the office
staff. If they need further information in order to answer your
question,
they will ask Dr. Haney. If you need to speak to the dentist, leave a
message
with the office staff. Dr. Haney reserves time in his schedule two to
three
times per day for returning calls.
If you need to call the office after hours, you will be connected to
our
answering machine. A telephone number will be provided for you to reach
Dr. Haney if the call is an emergency.
Insurance Coverage and Payment
Policy
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover,
and MasterCard. Our office
will
file your dental insurance as a courtesy to you. Please bring your
insurance
card and drivers license with you so that we may copy them for our
records.
We ask that you pay your deductable and co-insurance at the time of
service.
The benefits expected are not a guarantee of payment from your
insurance
company. If there is a problem, our office will assist in any way,
however,
if your insurance company has not paid in 60 days, you will be
responsible
to pay any and all unpaid benefits.
Any questions regarding
insurance filing or payment arrangements
should be discussed with the Collections Coordinator.
We also have third party payment
options available to assist you
in paying for your dental work, so you don't have to wait!
