He served 22 years and retired in 1972 as a Master Sgt, job was supply admin chief. He was assigned to the Marine detachment LPH-4 USS Boxer, 1963 korea. He did a tour of Drill sgt duty at parris island, his last duty station was marine supply center in Albany GA. where he retired. I would like to hear from anybody who might had known albert or recommend other USMC message boards that could help. Albert passed away in 1998 and is buried in the Cornith nationa cemetery in MS. | |
